These terms govern founding-member applications, waitlist participation, and use of the Burnside AI Labs space ("the Space") operated by Burnside AI Labs LLC in East Hartford, Connecticut.
Founding membership is month-to-month and subject to availability. The founding rate is locked for twelve months from your start date. Availability of private offices and team rooms is on a future roadmap and not guaranteed at launch.
Submitting the founding-member application form does not guarantee membership or reserve a specific space. It adds you to our interest list and entitles you to founding-member communications and priority access as the Space opens.
Members and visitors are expected to respect the Space, other members, and staff. We reserve the right to revoke access for conduct that undermines the community or safety of the Space.
We may update these terms as the Space develops. Material changes will be communicated to members.
